Moon Gallery Art Residency: “The Essence of Home” Final Presentation

Moon Gallery Foundation‘s art residency program, Artist-at-Risk: The Essence of Home, is coming to an end! Together with our curator of Ukrainian descent Anna Buyvid and Ukrainian mixed media artists Anna Kakhiani and Katerina Lymar, we are holding an exhibition that will present the results of their research, in which they explored narratives in relation to the topics of space-humanity-home.

Ukrainian artists in residence Anna Kakhiani and Katerina Lymar have been exploring the meanings of *home* both from the point of view of a displaced artist and a human gazing at the night sky dreaming of space exploration. This exhibition curated by Anna Buyvid will guide you through our artists’ creative process and the motivation behind the artworks. Our aim is to have a cosy yet thought provoking evening that would prompt you to reflect on what meaning the word *home* holds for you.
