We are happy to invite you to a community dinner with which we will be celebrating the return of the Moon Gallery Test Payload from the ISS. At the dinner, our partner Scott Rodriguez, vice president of the government programmes branch of Nanoracks will do the official handover of the gallery back to the Moon Gallery Foundation Team and share stories from Moon Gallery’s payload launch.
When creating the menu, we were getting inspiration from the Desert Island Discs podcast where guests choose 8 tracks, a book and a luxury to take to a desert island. We wondered what food we’d miss in space. Which smells, flavours and textures would we take on a space mission? Our team picked some essential to modern cuisine ingredients such as Coffee, bread, butter, potatoes, congee, cheese, miso – to mix them in unexpected (yet delicious!) combinations.
Ticket price: 22 Euro pp.
