Moon Gallery @LIVING TOMORROW

Moon Gallery curators Anna Sitnikova and Elizaveta Glukhova share their story of collecting artifacts worth sending to the Moon. What art on the Moon will be like? Why is it important to place art on the Moon and how one can accomplish an ambition like that?

We are living in one of the most transformational times in human history. A time where new emerging technologies are changing with exponential speed, scope and complexity, the way we live, work, learn and communicate with each other. No part of life will be left untouched by technology.

It can be expected that humanity will change more over the next 20 years than it has over the last 300. How will we cope with all these changes? Who do we want to be in a digitally transformed future? Will it be the worst of times or the best of times? Do we überhaupt have a choice in the matter, in our future? Although we cannot control everything, if we look around today, almost everything we see is determined by human choices.

TEDx stands for ideas worth spreading and ideas that inspire people to change their lives, their futures and ultimately their world. With the theme “Living in the Future Present” TEDxVilvoorde is bringing together on 22 March 2020, thinkers and doers with ideas worth spreading to create for you inspiring, thought-provoking and mind-blowing life, futures and world-changing conversations that matter.
